Ordering an adjuster for GM comes down to the part number rather than the description.
The adjuster here is the GM part, numbered 89030076. It is catalogued under Valves & Regulators > Regulators & Adjusters.
Where a valve is controlled by a solenoid or a vacuum signal, the control side fails as often as the valve body does. Keeping the old part until the new one is fitted and checked is the simplest way to avoid a second order.
Confirm the number before you order, because a near match will bolt on and still be wrong. Send the VIN if the old marking has gone.
