Ordering a plug for FORD comes down to the part number rather than the description.
Factory part number W717445-S300: a plug supplied by FORD. It is catalogued under Covers & Caps > Caps & Plugs.
Genuine parts are made to the drawing the vehicle was built from, so dimensions and materials match the part being removed rather than being close to it.
The part number is the thing to verify. Where the old part carries no legible number, a VIN and a photograph are enough for us to identify it.
