Panel – GM (42780301)

The panel here is the GM part, numbered 42780301. It is catalogued under Covers & Caps > Panels & Plates.

• Where a cover sits against a painted panel, a slight shade difference is normal on service parts supplied primed rather than finished.
• Plastic covers harden with heat cycles, so a cover that has been on the vehicle for a decade often cracks at the screw bosses when refitted.
• Genuine parts are made to the drawing the vehicle was built from, so dimensions and materials match the part being removed rather than being close to it.

The photographs on a listing show the actual stock item, so compare the mounting points and the connector or fitting rather than the overall shape.

Check the number on the part you are removing before ordering. If it is worn off, send the VIN and a photo and we will match it. Handed to the carrier within one to two business days from our US warehouse, free over $59.
