Ordering an outer panel for GM comes down to the part number rather than the description.
This is an outer panel from GM, factory part number 12528611. It is catalogued under Covers & Caps > Panels & Plates. Fits 1997-2003 Pontiac Grand Prix. Model years covered: 1997-2003.
The number stamped on the old part is the only reliable identifier, since two parts can look identical and differ by a millimetre or by rotation direction.
Match this against the part you are taking off rather than against a photo. If the number is unreadable, send us the VIN and we will confirm it.
Leaves our US warehouse in one to two business days, and shipping is free over $59.
