Mount Bracket – GM (85721377)

This is a mount bracket from GM, factory part number 85721377. It is catalogued under Brackets & Supports > Brackets.

• Corrosion at a mounting face is worth cleaning back before fitting anything new, because a part that sits on scale will work loose.
• Torque figures belong to the fastener and the joint rather than to the part, so the factory procedure is the reference rather than a general rule.
• A part that fails early usually points at an installation fault or a worn component nearby rather than at the part itself.

Where a bracket also earths a component, the mounting surface needs to be clean metal or the circuit will be intermittent.

Confirm the number before you order, because a near match will bolt on and still be wrong. Send the VIN if the old marking has gone. In stock and sent from the US in one to two business days, free delivery over $59.
