This is an impact bar from GM, factory part number 60008959.
It is catalogued under Braces & Reinforcements > Crossmembers & Braces. Build notes: With blind spot bumper support.
Reinforcement plates spread load around a mounting point, and fitted with the wrong grade of bolt they crack at the holes instead of spreading anything.
Dispatched from our US warehouse within one to two business days, with free shipping over $59. The part number is the thing to verify. Where the old part carries no legible number, a VIN and a photograph are enough for us to identify it.
