Front View Driver Information Camera – GM (42741831)

Factory part number 42741831: a front view driver information camera supplied by GM. It is catalogued under Electrical Components > Cameras & Sensors.

• The number stamped on the old part is the only reliable identifier, since two parts can look identical and differ by a millimetre or by rotation direction.
• Fitment lists are a guide rather than a guarantee, because the same model year can carry different parts depending on the production break and the option code.
• Electrical and fuel-system parts are normally excluded from return once fitted, since they cannot be resold as new after use.

Genuine parts are made to the drawing the vehicle was built from, so dimensions and materials match the part being removed rather than being close to it.

Confirm the number before you order, because a near match will bolt on and still be wrong. Send the VIN if the old marking has gone. Ships from our US warehouse in one to two business days, free over $59.
