Ordering a f shield for GM comes down to the part number rather than the description.
GM lists this f shield under number 85569359. It is catalogued under Covers & Caps > Shields & Guards.
On panel and plate parts, check whether the original is held by clips, screws or both. The fasteners are often sold separately and are often what actually broke. Where a diagram shows several similar items on one assembly, the difference between them is normally length, shoulder or handedness.
Confirm the number before you order, because a near match will bolt on and still be wrong. Send the VIN if the old marking has gone.
