Ordering a f panel for GM comes down to the part number rather than the description.
This is a f panel from GM, factory part number 86292026. It is catalogued under Covers & Caps > Panels & Plates. Supplied in with sunroof, black.
Inspection covers are usually the first thing removed and the last thing reordered, which is why a missing cover often shows up as a rattle rather than a leak.
Worth checking against the original before fitting. If you cannot read the number, we can match it from the VIN.
Leaves our US warehouse in one to two business days, and shipping is free over $59.
