Ordering a f panel for GM comes down to the part number rather than the description.
This is a f panel from GM, factory part number 85559487. It is catalogued under Covers & Caps > Panels & Plates.
Keeping the old part until the new one is fitted and checked is the simplest way to avoid a second order. Inspection covers are usually the first thing removed and the last thing reordered, which is why a missing cover often shows up as a rattle rather than a leak.
The part number is the thing to verify. Where the old part carries no legible number, a VIN and a photograph are enough for us to identify it.
