The f panel here is the GM part, numbered 84959299.
It is catalogued under Covers & Caps > Panels & Plates.
Where a cover sits against a painted panel, a slight shade difference is normal on service parts supplied primed rather than finished. A part that fails early usually points at an installation fault or a worn component nearby rather than at the part itself.
Leaves our US warehouse in one to two business days, and shipping is free over $59. The part number is the thing to verify. Where the old part carries no legible number, a VIN and a photograph are enough for us to identify it.
