F Clip – GM (97724539)

• A part that fails early usually points at an installation fault or a worn component nearby rather than at the part itself.
• Where a diagram shows several similar items on one assembly, the difference between them is normally length, shoulder or handedness.
• Keeping the old part until the new one is fitted and checked is the simplest way to avoid a second order.

Where the vehicle is close to a model-year change, the VIN is a more reliable guide than the registration date. Never reuse a plastic retainer that has been prised out, because the barbs take a set and it will not hold the second time.

Match this against the part you are taking off rather than against a photo. If the number is unreadable, send us the VIN and we will confirm it. Dispatched from our US warehouse within one to two business days, with free shipping over $59.
