Ordering a f cap for GM comes down to the part number rather than the description.
This is a f cap from GM, factory part number 85519274. It is catalogued under Covers & Caps > Caps & Plugs.
Corrosion at a mounting face is worth cleaning back before fitting anything new, because a part that sits on scale will work loose. Superseded numbers are common, and where a factory number has been replaced the current part is usually dimensionally identical to the original.
Confirm the number before you order, because a near match will bolt on and still be wrong. Send the VIN if the old marking has gone.
