Ordering a f cable for GM comes down to the part number rather than the description.
The f cable here is the GM part, numbered 86553758. It is catalogued under Cables & Linkage > Cables.
Where a cable operates a latch, the latch itself is often the real fault, so check that it moves freely before blaming the cable. Corrosion at a mounting face is worth cleaning back before fitting anything new, because a part that sits on scale will work loose.
Check the number on the part you are removing before ordering. If it is worn off, send the VIN and a photo and we will match it.
Handed to the carrier within one to two business days from our US warehouse, free over $59.
