Ordering a f cable for GM comes down to the part number rather than the description.
The f cable here is the GM part, numbered 84929930. It is catalogued under Cables & Linkage > Cables.
Adjustable rods and links are set to a reference length at the factory, and matching that length before fitting saves a lot of trial and error. A cable that already feels stiff before fitting usually has a kinked conduit from storage, and forcing it will make the bind worse once installed.
Match this against the part you are taking off rather than against a photo. If the number is unreadable, send us the VIN and we will confirm it.
