F Bracket – GM (98111499)

GM lists this f bracket under number 98111499. It is catalogued under Brackets & Supports > Brackets.

• A bracket that has cracked once usually points at a worn mount nearby rather than at a weak bracket.
• Genuine parts are made to the drawing the vehicle was built from, so dimensions and materials match the part being removed rather than being close to it.
• The number stamped on the old part is the only reliable identifier, since two parts can look identical and differ by a millimetre or by rotation direction.

Where the vehicle is close to a model-year change, the VIN is a more reliable guide than the registration date. Keeping the old part until the new one is fitted and checked is the simplest way to avoid a second order.

Confirm the number before you order, because a near match will bolt on and still be wrong. Send the VIN if the old marking has gone. Dispatched from our US warehouse within one to two business days, with free shipping over $59.
