Ordering a f bracket for GM comes down to the part number rather than the description.
GM lists this f bracket under number 97827269. It is catalogued under Brackets & Supports > Brackets.
A bracket that has cracked once usually points at a worn mount nearby rather than at a weak bracket. Brackets that carry load in shear rather than tension are sensitive to bolt grade, and substituting a lower grade is a common cause of elongation at the holes.
The part number is the thing to verify. Where the old part carries no legible number, a VIN and a photograph are enough for us to identify it.
