F Bracket – GM (97827267)

This is a f bracket from GM, factory part number 97827267. It is catalogued under Brackets & Supports > Brackets.

• Check whether the listing includes the mounting bolts and the rubber insulator. On older vehicles those are sold separately and are usually the parts that failed.
• Rubber insulators isolate vibration, and a worn insulator will make even a new bracket feel loose within a few thousand miles.
• Support and brace parts are matched to a specific engine and body combination, so the part number carries more information than the shape does.

Corrosion at a mounting face is worth cleaning back before fitting anything new, because a part that sits on scale will work loose. Electrical and fuel-system parts are normally excluded from return once fitted, since they cannot be resold as new after use.

Confirm the number before you order, because a near match will bolt on and still be wrong. Send the VIN if the old marking has gone. Dispatched from our US warehouse within one to two business days, with free shipping over $59.
