F Bezel – GM (85605199)

This is a f bezel from GM, factory part number 85605199. It is catalogued under Covers & Caps > Panels & Plates.

• Covers that seal a fluid opening normally carry a single-use gasket or O-ring, and reusing the old one is the usual reason a leak comes back.
• On panel and plate parts, check whether the original is held by clips, screws or both. The fasteners are often sold separately and are often what actually broke.
• A cap that vents and a cap that does not are visually similar, and swapping them gives a fault code or a pressure leak rather than a fit problem.

Colour-matched and textured covers are rarely interchangeable with a plain black service part, even where the moulding is identical. Superseded numbers are common, and where a factory number has been replaced the current part is usually dimensionally identical to the original.

Check the number on the part you are removing before ordering. If it is worn off, send the VIN and a photo and we will match it. Ships from our US warehouse in one to two business days, free over $59.
