This is an extension from GM, factory part number 86304591.
1/2, 3/4 & 1 ton, 1996 new style, without luxury pkg.
Electrical and fuel-system parts are normally excluded from return once fitted, since they cannot be resold as new after use.
Confirm the number before you order, because a near match will bolt on and still be wrong. Send the VIN if the old marking has gone.
