Element – GM (25311966)

Factory part number 25311966: an element supplied by GM. It is catalogued under Accessories & Mounts > Inserts & Elements.

• Insert and accessory parts are usually trim-level specific, and the same console takes a different insert depending on whether the vehicle has a floor shifter, a column shifter or a storage bin.
• Mirrored parts are easy to order wrongly, and a guard or carrier for the other side will bolt on and then fail to align with the panel it protects.
• Check the option code as well as the model year, since accessory trim often changes within a single production year.

Where a diagram shows several similar items on one assembly, the difference between them is normally length, shoulder or handedness. Genuine parts are made to the drawing the vehicle was built from, so dimensions and materials match the part being removed rather than being close to it.

Match this against the part you are taking off rather than against a photo. If the number is unreadable, send us the VIN and we will confirm it. Dispatched from our US warehouse within one to two business days, with free shipping over $59.
