Ordering an element for GM comes down to the part number rather than the description.
Factory part number 19346324: an element supplied by GM. It is catalogued under Accessories & Mounts > Inserts & Elements.
Insert and accessory parts are usually trim-level specific, and the same console takes a different insert depending on whether the vehicle has a floor shifter, a column shifter or a storage bin. Where a diagram shows several similar items on one assembly, the difference between them is normally length, shoulder or handedness.
The part number is the thing to verify. Where the old part carries no legible number, a VIN and a photograph are enough for us to identify it.
