Ordering an element for GM comes down to the part number rather than the description.
This is an element from GM, factory part number 19346302. It is catalogued under Accessories & Mounts > Inserts & Elements.
Keeping the old part until the new one is fitted and checked is the simplest way to avoid a second order. Carriers and hooks that take a load need their specified fasteners, because the mounting point is usually designed around a particular bolt.
Confirm the number before you order, because a near match will bolt on and still be wrong. Send the VIN if the old marking has gone.
Ships from our US warehouse in one to two business days, free over $59.
