Element – GM (19112796)

GM lists this element under number 19112796. It is catalogued under Accessories & Mounts > Inserts & Elements.

• Trim accessories are frequently dropped from a catalogue mid-run, so a superseded number may be the only one still supplied.
• Genuine parts are made to the drawing the vehicle was built from, so dimensions and materials match the part being removed rather than being close to it.
• The number stamped on the old part is the only reliable identifier, since two parts can look identical and differ by a millimetre or by rotation direction.

Electrical and fuel-system parts are normally excluded from return once fitted, since they cannot be resold as new after use. Mirrored parts are easy to order wrongly, and a guard or carrier for the other side will bolt on and then fail to align with the panel it protects.

Check the number on the part you are removing before ordering. If it is worn off, send the VIN and a photo and we will match it. Leaves our US warehouse in one to two business days, and shipping is free over $59.
