FORD lists this case assembly under number kb3z19b555g.
It is catalogued under Housings & Cases > Cases. Varies by build: Ranger and Manual air conditioning.
Where a housing is listed with its gasket or its bearing the listing says so, and buying those separately is usually cheaper than buying them twice.
Leaves our US warehouse in one to two business days, and shipping is free over $59. The part number is the thing to verify. Where the old part carries no legible number, a VIN and a photograph are enough for us to identify it.
