What is it? The cap here is the GM part, numbered 15997145. It is catalogued under Covers & Caps > Caps & Plugs.
Anything to check first? Covers that seal a fluid opening normally carry a single-use gasket or O-ring, and reusing the old one is the usual reason a leak comes back. Worth checking against the original before fitting. If you cannot read the number, we can match it from the VIN.
What else matters? Plastic covers harden with heat cycles, so a cover that has been on the vehicle for a decade often cracks at the screw bosses when refitted.
How fast does it ship? Leaves our US warehouse in one to two business days, and shipping is free over $59.
