Cable – Mopar (68213489AD)

Factory part number 68213489AD: a cable supplied by MOPAR. It is catalogued under Cables & Linkage > Cables.

• A cable that already feels stiff before fitting usually has a kinked conduit from storage, and forcing it will make the bind worse once installed.
• Where a cable operates a latch, the latch itself is often the real fault, so check that it moves freely before blaming the cable.
• Linkage rods with threaded ends are adjusted for length, so thread engagement at each end matters as much as the overall dimension.

Cables routed near exhaust or moving suspension parts need their original clips, because a cable left to hang will chafe through its conduit within a season.

Worth checking against the original before fitting. If you cannot read the number, we can match it from the VIN. Ships from our US warehouse in one to two business days, free over $59.
