Cable – GM (88927428)

The cable here is the GM part, numbered 88927428. It is catalogued under Cables & Linkage > Cables.

• Electrical and fuel-system parts are normally excluded from return once fitted, since they cannot be resold as new after use.
• Superseded numbers are common, and where a factory number has been replaced the current part is usually dimensionally identical to the original.
• Corrosion at a mounting face is worth cleaning back before fitting anything new, because a part that sits on scale will work loose.

Fitment lists are a guide rather than a guarantee, because the same model year can carry different parts depending on the production break and the option code. Where a cable operates a latch, the latch itself is often the real fault, so check that it moves freely before blaming the cable.

Confirm the number before you order, because a near match will bolt on and still be wrong. Send the VIN if the old marking has gone. In stock and sent from the US in one to two business days, free delivery over $59.
