Cable – GM (18033405)

This is a cable from GM, factory part number 18033405. It is catalogued under Cables & Linkage > Cables.

• The number stamped on the old part is the only reliable identifier, since two parts can look identical and differ by a millimetre or by rotation direction.
• Fitment lists are a guide rather than a guarantee, because the same model year can carry different parts depending on the production break and the option code.
• Electrical and fuel-system parts are normally excluded from return once fitted, since they cannot be resold as new after use.

A cable even a few millimetres short will not reach its bracket regardless of routing, so overall length is worth confirming before ordering. Genuine parts are made to the drawing the vehicle was built from, so dimensions and materials match the part being removed rather than being close to it.

Check the number on the part you are removing before ordering. If it is worn off, send the VIN and a photo and we will match it. Ships from our US warehouse in one to two business days, free over $59.
