Cable – GM (18033097)

Ordering a cable for GM comes down to the part number rather than the description.

This is a cable from GM, factory part number 18033097. It is catalogued under Cables & Linkage > Cables.

Corrosion at a mounting face is worth cleaning back before fitting anything new, because a part that sits on scale will work loose. Electrical and fuel-system parts are normally excluded from return once fitted, since they cannot be resold as new after use.

The part number is the thing to verify. Where the old part carries no legible number, a VIN and a photograph are enough for us to identify it.
