Cable – GM (18033036)

Ordering a cable for GM comes down to the part number rather than the description.

The cable here is the GM part, numbered 18033036. It is catalogued under Cables & Linkage > Cables.

Adjustable rods and links are set to a reference length at the factory, and matching that length before fitting saves a lot of trial and error. A cable even a few millimetres short will not reach its bracket regardless of routing, so overall length is worth confirming before ordering.

Check the number on the part you are removing before ordering. If it is worn off, send the VIN and a photo and we will match it.
