Ordering an arm for GM comes down to the part number rather than the description.
GM lists this arm under number 19467674. It is catalogued under Cables & Linkage > Levers & Arms.
A part that fails early usually points at an installation fault or a worn component nearby rather than at the part itself. Superseded numbers are common, and where a factory number has been replaced the current part is usually dimensionally identical to the original.
The part number is the thing to verify. Where the old part carries no legible number, a VIN and a photograph are enough for us to identify it.
