Ordering an arm for GM comes down to the part number rather than the description.
Factory part number 19461093: an arm supplied by GM. It is catalogued under Cables & Linkage > Levers & Arms.
Cables routed near exhaust or moving suspension parts need their original clips, because a cable left to hang will chafe through its conduit within a season. A part that fails early usually points at an installation fault or a worn component nearby rather than at the part itself.
Confirm the number before you order, because a near match will bolt on and still be wrong. Send the VIN if the old marking has gone.
